It's great to meet you!
I am Dr. Onyeka Abengowe, Founder and CEO of InnovaSpark Consulting LLC, a premier Healthcare Consulting, Workforce Acquisition, and People Development Firm in Dallas, Texas, USA. With over two decades of clinical experience as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Consultant, I have in-depth industry knowledge, expertise, and a passion for providing first-class patient care.
I enjoy mentoring and sharing my knowledge and expertise with upcoming, early-career Nuclear Medicine Technologists. I am also a Career Transformation Coach, helping women overcome career stagnation and transition into careers that align with their values and aspirations.
In my years in healthcare, I have encountered many failed one-size-fits-all applications that resulted in deeper problems, regulatory violations, fines, decreased revenue, an inability to retain quality talent, multiple acquisitions, and closures. My deep interest in better understanding the inner workings of healthcare delivery systems inspired me to obtain an MBA in Healthcare Management, a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, and a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt (Healthcare) certification. I also hold professional certifications in Corporate Training and Business Negotiation.
I love challenges because they provide opportunities to do my favorite things: helping people and identifying and solving problems. Crafting the right solutions to challenges often requires innovation and unconventional strategies. That is the inspiration behind starting InnovaSpark Consulting LLC.
